It has excellent adhesion to gloss enamels and clear finishes, hardboard, glass and tile, Formica, Masonite, PVC, fiberglass and ceramic tile. It provides flash rust resistance in its wet state when coating iron railings, steel frames, piping. It seals porous surfaces including drywall and masonry.
